We want to make the best use of your time. With us, you are going to build a habit of regular practice and will be able to continue your practice: both at home and in the studio

This what NOT going to happen at this course. Postures, alignment and breath will be explained in all the details. We are going to start from the very basics ✔️

Dates:❗4.09 - 12.10❗The course consists of 12 classes on Mondays and Fridays at 6.30 pm. The price is 2700 Kc.

The course is useful not just for total beginners, but for everyone who would like to deepen their yoga practice.
