For the first time, Eddie Stern comes to Prague to share a weekend of yoga practice - integrating asana, breathwork, meditation, as well as contemporary scientific insight in a clear and accessible way.
Why is this weekend important?
Most of us know the feeling of distraction - the mind pulled in many directions at once. Yoga offers a response to this condition.
This weekend goes beyond postures.
It explores one of the most relevant capacities in modern life: the ability to be present.
Yoga describes clearly what concentration is, what the mind is, and how to use it.
Eddie will cover these ideas in simple ways over this weekend. He will also lead chanting and meditation practices within each lecture. Each lecture is complemented by chanting and meditation, allowing the teachings to be experienced directly - not only discussed.
Throughout the weekend, movement, breath, and reflection work together
- not only to strengthen the body, but to cultivate steadiness and refine awareness.

WHO IS THIS FOR
  • People who already practice any form of yoga and want to understand more about what they're doing - and why it works.
  • Teachers, therapists, and anyone with a genuine interest in the nervous system, attention, and how contemplative practices actually function.
  • People who know Eddie's work and want to practice alongside him. And people who don't know it yet, but are curious.
